As supervisors, lead persons and safety individuals, it is our job to master the challenges we encounter in our jobs.  Typically, we are responsible for production, quality, scheduling, and training.  Few companies, however, include safety along with these responsibilities.

It can be shown that without safety, productivity and profitability suffer.  Therefore, we need to be accountable for safety in the same manner as we are for managing other aspects of the operation.

The S.T.A.R.T. program uncovers the elements of a safety culture and shows the essential steps to enhance your organization's safety culture.  Once you've completed the course, you'll know what you can do to nurture your orginization's safety culture.
